Central location, within a close distance from Marina Mirage. Knowledgeable, flexible staff towards all guests. Well-equipped room and sparkling clean bathroom with dryers and a drier.

The room itself was great value and well-kept with an extra rollout bed 5 guests in total and had essentials we needed.

The setting was particularly good, next to the main street where all the shops, and the shops, marina and restaurants. The room we stayed in was well-appointed with balcony.

The room was air-conditioned and neat, complete with clothes washer, a washer and a great view.

Location: the hotel was very close to restaurants are-5 minutes to the beach and the Great Barrier reef.

i thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, the food was cheap. every member of staff was amazing friendly. the location was excellent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from macrossan street. restaurants and pubs were located walking distance to the hotel.

Appreciated the place, had a real good stay for a relaxing holiday. I had large and air-conditioned room with dryer, comfortable bed plus bedrooms. The location was convenient, for example, Macrossan Street was not too far from the hotel. A shopping mall and a main shopping street were right next door.

Well, the area was a little dirty overall.

This hotel is great value for money. The prices are reasonable and they offer attention to detail. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the main shopping center. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are kept very clean and the kitchen is well-equipped. I particularly liked the privacy provided by the palm trees.

Everything was fine.

Apartment clean and had starter packs for washing up and laundry which was very useful. Pool very nice and staff helpful with information about local attractions and shops.

The apartments were family friendly and roomy. All needs for self catering were supplied. Great.

The Bay Villas Resort in Port Douglas was fantastic for our trip. The room we stayed in was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, such as climate control, a private safe, and ironing facilities. It was also conveniently located just a short 10-minute walk from downtown.

Laundry machines available free, kindness of staff.

No lift available, we had to carry two big luggages two floors up. Reception only open until 6 pm, any inconvenience occour you have to pay 50 dollar fine (eg floor not properly clean, key left inside the room, etc etc)

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and spacious apartments. The attention to detail is evident in the clean and tidy rooms, as well as the basic amenities provided. The location of this hotel is ideal, within walking distance of the main shopping center and other attractions in the area.

All was satisfactory during my stay at this hotel.

Bay Villas is only a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants so it is ideal if you do not want to spend your holiday in the car. It was clean and very easy to find with most activities able to be organised through the resort at no extra cost. The property has two smaller sized swimming pools and a free BBQ area where you can relax in the shaded area if it gets too hot. We stayed in the studio for ten nights, it is not a large room but has a small kitchenette, seperate bathroom and balcony overlooking the swimming pool so it was well suited to us for our stay in Port Douglas.

No breakfast supplied/available from resort. Needs an area where guests can mingle over breakfast. Coffee/Tea cereal and toast would be ideal at a small cost ($8) There is plenty of room to do this at this resort.

Early morning bird chorus, Nothing resort could do about it but if you like a lie in you may not get it.
